After the man had notice the police he tried to swallow the dagga he had on him but coughed it up and ran.
JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – SAPS Technical Response Team confronted two “suspicious” men in Verona Street, Rosettenville, who had parked their car and sat on a bench. Officers then determined the men were selling dagga when one of them could not talk when the officer questioned him. The man was busy trying to swallow dagga but coughed it up and ran away
He was apprehended in High Street carrying a plastic bag with seven packets and nine small bankies of dagga.
The two suspects were arrested and taken to Moffatview SAPS.
