FISHKILL – A Cold Spring man was arrested in the town of Fishkill on Monday after officers pulled over his vehicle and said they found more than a half pound of marijuana . Edmund Fitzgerald, 20, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana , a felony, according to state police.
